This is so easy peasy and takes a total of 30 minutes including cooking the pasta!! Super easy and delicious. My boyfriend hates pretty much everything in this meal but when I cooked it together for him, he said it was the best pasta ever! I kid you not. Such a great combo and it feels nice and light for a summer night!
Things You Will Need:
- 3 Heaping TBSP of Coconut Oil
- 1/2 TBSP of Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup pf Graded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup of Fresh Peas
- 1 Cup of Fresh Basil
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 TSP of Italian Seasoning
- Pasta for Two
Saute ingredients in a large size pan on low heat starting with coconut oil, fresh basil, garlic, salt, pepper,and Italian seasoning. Mix for about 2-3 minutes. Throw in cooked pasta, cheese and peas. Mix for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
