Start by writing down the plot to a story and then simplify it! In this example, I chose Alice in Wonderland. To learn how to make your own craft paper view my video. (CLICK)
Begin diving into your craft paper by cutting out different shapes and objects to create scenes from the story.
Glue your papers down as you figure out what you want on each page. I used hot glue for a sturdier hold.
Draw your characters and color them in. I cut the characters out and used a normal glue stick on white cardstock, then placed them in scene.
Use a thick piece of cardboard or another material that is thick enough to be your hardback cover.
Place each page in order like you would see in a book, with pages 1 and 2 facing down together and 3 and 4 doing the same, then so on. Using the tape or ribbon, hot glue it on the outside inner edges where the spine will be. Do the same to all pages. Hot glue the front cover to the back of page 1, and the back cover to the back of the last page. Easy binding!
